Mindfulness for Health & Wellbeing practice days
Upcoming dates:
In these retreat days we will look at various aspects mindfulness and meditation, including some still meditation practices, some movement practices, mindful eating (over lunch), and mindful speaking & listening. Apart from the mindful speaking & listening exercise, they will be held in silence. Suitable all, from beginners to those with a regular practice. It helps if you have had some experience of mindfulness though. If you've a complete beginner, why not come to one of our Saturday morning drop-in classes. |
Please bring vegetarian lunch to share. Tea is provided.

Guided sitting meditation, walking meditation

13:45 Sitting Meditation
Silent sitting meditation, walking meditation
Mindful Movement

Working meditation
