"Springy SPRING" YOGA workshop

Come and join me in this workshop where we'll be springing into the spring season in our Zen yoga practice by focussing on the springy aspect of our fascial system.
Fascia is the connective tissue of our body wrapping around everything. It is exceptionally strong, thin and flexible, and has remarkable properties. Per weight it's as strong a steel and is very springy. Think of standing on tip-toes and bouncing on your heels - all that bounce is your fascia.
In this workshop we'll look at a number of sequences designed to nourish and exercise our springy fascia, particularly the fascial lines and organ energy systems associated with the spring time - the liver and gall bladder. You'll leave feeling bouncy us not just on a physical level, but also on the energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
